  They gave us a grade a battery. However, when I went to turn on my car it would not start. Turns out when they installed it the terminals were loose along with everything else. When I called, whoever picked up was very rude and dismissive, ending the call abruptly instead of helping to find a solution. When my mother tried calling she was met with hostility. This is not a place I will EVER be going back to. I went to the one in Newburgh to get everything in place and they were much nicer and much more knowledgeable than this establishment.

  My AI bot kept going off and the cashier gave me dirty looks instead of being gracious about it even when I apologized.

  Ok. So I go in there today for an oil change for my 2023 Chevy traverse they take 6 quarts of oil. The guy comes back with an oil filter and a 5-quart container. I say where's the other quart. To that he says this is all it takes.....one brain fart with me I'm thinking okay five quarts. Get home and do the oil change, put the oil in my car check the dipstick nothing not showing anything. I checked things out low and behold I take six quarts of oil not the five in the 5 gallon container. I called them up and ask them if I can get another quart of oil delivered, explained to them the situation and being that it is partially their fault I figured they could as I don't want to drive my car 5 quarts of oil in it. Guy tells me he calls the district manager or so and so and they're saying that they cannot deliver a quart of oil to my place and then I would have to pay to get it over by door dash or walk over there and get it myself. Meanwhile he's also telling me on the phone that I said it was fine when I checked mind you I had asked him for the additional quart of oil at the store and he told me it only took 5 quarts. Here's my thing, if you can't deliver quart of oil to a guy who by only partially his issue partially your issue who can't move his car without that quart of oil then you've lost my business. I Can no longer go there because they did not do the right thing. They deliver auto parts all day long and I'm sure it would be not that big of a hassle to just deliver a quart of oil at me on their way to someplace else. Meanwhile I'm only a mile away. Shane on me for not catching it but help a guy out, your kinda to blame also and trucks with enough oil in there engines to move them. Gee, thank for nothing .

  was having a bd day and needed a new battery. Went in and there were 3 people working which totally surprised me as the last few times I came here there was no one to help me. the one guy came right up to me and asked how he could help. There were 3 options for batteries for my car and he went out of his way to go out and check my car for the right size and found me the right battery. He told me he was new and was still learning how to do batteries. He grabbed the manager and she brought him out and changed the battery while showing him how to do it. They were joking with each other and with me and it really made me laugh. Turned a bad day into a good one with their banter. A+ service. Will be coming back.
