  Absolutely terrible customer service I went in with a box to return an item to Amazon The box was open as I didn’t have shipping tape. They tried to sell me another box for eight dollars. They could’ve just taped and closed the box I bought a roll of tape at a dollar store and sealed the box myself now I have to run back and return it again

  Wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never heard of UPS charging two dollars to tape up your box.

  Roughly 2 years ago had an issue with being overcharged on a package and an employee gave me a handwritten $75 credit in UPS store discounts on a UPS store shipping label. I haven’t needed to use this facility for a couple years so I tried today and the owner told me it’s not acceptable because his employee should not have done that. I’m very reasonable and understand that the employee should not do that but that’s not my fault. He proceeded to tell me that they will not accept it and did not give me any of the credit. Terrible customer service. Will never step foot in this place again. If I can give no stars I would. This is the only bad review I’ve ever given in my life anywhere.
