  Delivered to unknown address and turned package over to someone who signed a first initial and last name that is not mine. To show proof of delivery they want an account opened with credit card on file. As far as my dispute they just keep noting that it was delivered and do not address where it was delivered and why someone that I have never heard of signed for it.

  Don't trust FedEx with anything. Had a $1,500 item stolen and they wouldn't do anything about it. Literally gave me the corporate speak of "not my problem".
