I’m giving this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center a full 5-star review based on my overall experience.
One very important tip to know: when you drop off a package here, you may be told to use the self-service checkout to scan your FedEx tracking number, or a staff member may scan it for you using the same system. While you will receive a receipt, this scan does NOT immediately upload to the FedEx system. From my experience—both scanning it myself and having staff do it this way—the tracking information did not appear in the FedEx system until the driver arrived for pickup and scanned it, sometimes showing as shipped the next day.
If you need your package to be officially marked as shipped the same day, make sure to hand it directly to the cashier and have them scan the tracking number on their computer. That way, it shows up in the FedEx system immediately.
Aside from that, this location is excellent. There is a small parking lot outside, but it’s rarely crowded, so parking is usually easy and convenient.
The hours are also longer than many FedEx shipping centers, which makes it very flexible:
* Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM
* Saturday: 9 AM – 7 PM
* Sunday: 12 PM – 6 PM
The staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. There’s typically little to no line, so the whole process is quick and saves a lot of time.
Overall, this is a very convenient and reliable FedEx location. As long as you know the difference between self-service scanning and cashier scanning, you’ll have a smooth experience every time. Highly recommended!
