  This store is an absolute gem for the Massapequa area! Carl, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. John also goes out of his way to help me and everyone else I see in the store. They both demonstrate the gold standard of customer service and are truly an asset to Advance Auto. This store consistently has the parts I need in stock, and when they don’t, they make every effort to have them available the same day or, at most, the following day. That kind of service makes a huge difference. I highly recommend this Advance Auto Parts location. On top of the outstanding customer service, their rewards program is excellent and provides significant value. I’m more than happy to spend my money here knowing I’m getting great service, great support, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Had wrong parts from a different location the staff called customer service took care of my returns, The wrong wipers was given to me at a different location the staff here fixed it & installed the correct wipers for me. Awesome customer service compared to other location I went to.

  Came in a few weeks ago for a dead battery on my truck. Competitive pricing. Very attentive and helpful staff. Installed it for me free of charge.

  Wow !! What a help !! I was in desperate need of a battery change on the 4th of July and Al was extremely nice and professional. Couldn’t be happier. I would absolutely recommend this store to everyone. Thanks so much for your help!!
