  Literally the worst possible FEDEX you can go to. 1 person working who ALWAYS has the nastiest attitude. Doesn’t offer any type of help and just stands there like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Horrible service all around.

  I had an excellent experience working Jordan the customer representative. From the moment we connected, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to carefully walk me through all of my options, making sure I fully understood each one without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. What really stood out was his meticulous approach he paid close attention to every detail and made sure nothing was overlooked. It was clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about providing the best possible service. Overall, his professionalism, patience, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.   Drove to Massapequa to overnight a package to send to Tennessee. "Tennessee?" Asked the representative while holding the address. "Yup" I replied. The dude proceeded to overnight it to my home address. In less than 24 hours, my package was right back where it started. 'MURICA

  The two ladies that work here are completely incompetent. Additionally, the one lady was making fun of every customer as she left. Level of unprofessionalism by the Caucasian woman on Friday at 3:45 pm was embarrassing
