  I am supposed to received an envelop from Brooklyn ny since August 14 today is the 18th and my envelope is not here, I called fedex they told me it in some truck, someone will call me, I dont need a call I need my packet, this company is very unreliable. still waiting on my packet .

  Insane how difficult they make it to just speak to someone over the phone. Fedex SUCKS

  I had an overnight shipping, I supposed to be receiving it yesterday and it didn't happend. I was tracking the package and at 3:30pm they put a note saying "delivery exception " at 6:45pm. And at this time they put a note at 10:45pm saying that it was at the FedEx shio center. Apparently they can read the future. They didn't even try to deliver it.

  Delivery driver “Brandon” has opened and stolen contents from several of my packages. I have proof and I intent to contact police enforcement about it as it has been a recurring issue. Always the same MO, opened from bottom, badly “taped back”, missing packing slip conveniently and contents gone. Whenever the package is delivered, driver rushes out of driveway. And without fail package weight is less than stated in label.
