    TL;DR: Good luck, you will have the worst experience. Still reading? Okay, details. If you ever get a package routed through this warehouse, good luck actually receiving it, because much like Giorno Giovanna's Golden Experience Requiem, your package will simply never reach its destination. No matter what action is taken, the outcome resets to zero. This has happened to me multiple times. Every time, the package is supposedly out for delivery, and every time it mysteriously does not arrive, with the tracking proudly announcing that "wE tRiED to dELivEr." Now you might be thinking, "oh, maybe they actually did try and just failed." Oh boy, you are completely wrong. We waited outside for the delivery, because on an earlier occasion no bell was rung and nothing was knocked, so this time we decided to camp out and catch it on arrival. We waited at least 10 hours outside. The result? The tracking still claimed a delivery was attempted. It lied straight to our faces. We asked the front desk too. As our suspicion grew, they confirmed there was no package and no delivery had arrived at all. So that is several lies stacked back to back. We also contacted customer service, and as you can probably guess, all they could do was submit a request, which I am 100% certain nobody ever reads. So, good luck on having the worst experience.     Delivery driver said customer was not present, despite me standing outside for the entire delivery window, and left this photo as proof of attempted delivery. Office didn't respond to support ticket, and had to call multiple times to get dropoff location at a different FedEx. Fingers crossed the package isn't stolen, as that seems to be a common experience!

    I noticed a lot of bad google reviews at this Fedex location. Based on my experience today, I had a nice and smooth transaction with Ms. Latesha. She provided the best customer service not just to me but also to the other customer who came before me. Thank you Ms, Latesha.

    Very bad experience with FedEx. I never received my package, even though I stayed home waiting for them every day. They kept claiming that no one was home. What’s worse is that they asked me to pick up the package from their location myself. I will never use FedEx again in my life.

    Worst delivery experience ever. Delivery driver takes a picture of my apartment building's com-system and says no one is home when I was there the whole time. I had to cancel a lot of things to be there and that they are lying to one's face... just say 'I went there but since I didn't know how to ring the doorbell I just left'.
