  I visited this location to do an Amazon return with some large heavy boxes. All were in there original packaging. No assistance was offered although i was clearly struggling. Immediately I could sense from the mature lady behind the counter this is not their favorite or most revenue generating transaction. I presented the return QR codes and was asked by her in an unpleasant manner " you want me to print the label"? I was then forced to purchase tape (again all in its original packing). When I voiced surprise to the request, the response from her was " take it up with Amazon." She walked away. Thankfully another gentleman and lady stepped in and I completed my transaction and left. This is unacceptable customer service. The other reviews regarding utilizing this site for returns are spot on.

  Staff is AMAZING the manager works to develop a personal experience. Always quick and friendly service. From now on they are the only place that I am shipping from. People you can truly count on.

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this UPS Store. The owners truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help with shipping, printing, returns, and any questions you may have. They are always friendly, professional, and patient, even when the store is busy. What really sets this location apart is how involved the owners are. They treat everyone with respect and make customers feel welcome from the moment they walk in. It’s clear they take pride in running their business and providing excellent service to the community. The staff is super friendly as well. If you’re looking for a reliable UPS Store with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this location. The owners and staff consistently make the process easy and stress-free. Five stars!
