  I've been using this UPS Store location for years, & the change in management has made a tremendous difference. Previous owner was unfriendly & made simple visits unpleasant. The new team is welcoming, friendly, professional & eager to help.

  There should really be an option for zero or negative stars because of a business just like this, i walk in to send out my already paid for ups shipping package just needed them to print the label the store employee immediately says its $5 to print (most ups/fed ex charge $1 which is still a rip off) I walked out right away and I will never walk back into this store. Great way to scare away customers. Just as a footnote I went to cuttermill shipping in great neck they gladly printed the label out for a grand total of $0 !!!!! Ups should really regulate these private stores it has their name on it and its terrible representation of the company!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

  Made an appointment to get something notarized, got the text message confirming the appointment m, showed up to the store, and was told the guy who does notarization is not here today. So please help me understand the point of making, and confirming an appointment.

  I have generally had good experiences at this location, but I would avoid using the private mailbox service here at all costs. I’ve recently had two valuable packages go lost/missing that were shipped to this location. The post office verified they were handed off and delivered to a clerk inside, but the items didn’t make it to my mailbox and they’re nowhere to be found, and no explanation was given. Good location for shipping items but do not have anything delivered here.
