  The storage itself is nice and clean better than what it used to be before but I always seem to have a problem with the person who works there who has color hair this time he had blue hair and he always wears a mask. I know he also works at Trader Joe’s and he also has a bad attitude there. I told him once before I do not like using the self checkout machine, I will be more than happy to wait because I do not like touching the machine. That many other people have touched. Same reason why he wears a mask because he doesn’t want to get germs. I told him if he was having a bad day and then I told him that he has an attitude and he said no I don’t have an attitude then he proceeded to make me wait a while while his friend kept working with another customer then there was a huge line behind me. He just went back-and-forth, not doing any work because he was being petty and made me wait. His buddy was also rude I told him I wasn’t sure if I had put the label right he gave me an attitude. I don’t understand why these people work in customer service if they don’t know how to deal with people

  Good customer service seems rare these days, and the service here is outstanding!! I had a document I had to print with very specific parameters, and Arturo patiently kept printing out different versions until it came out in the exact form I needed. He and Jake were so friendly, fun and understanding the whole time with every single customer, treating everyone with utmost respect and their task as important. And boy are they handling ALOT in there. Well done and THANK YOU Arturo and Jake. More power to you to keep it all going!
