  I’ve used this UPS drop-off location many times without issue, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. The associate working (Chris) was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful from the start. I came in prepared with labeled Amazon returns and QR codes and greeted them, but there was no acknowledgment. I was handling several large packages and had to open the door myself without assistance. I was also asked to lift and reposition a heavy package onto the scale myself, despite clearly struggling, and no help was offered. Overall, the interaction felt cold and dismissive compared to past experiences at this location, where staff have been willing to assist with heavier items. To make matters worse, I did not receive printed receipts or tracking information after dropping off my packages, and I’m unsure the returns were processed correctly. My Amazon account still shows the returns as “initiated” but not yet marked as dropped off. I understand everyone can have an off day, but this experience did not reflect the level of service I’ve received here previously. I will be avoiding this location when this employee is working.

  Chris worked with me on a very short deadline and went above and beyond to get my project completed and printed. I will absolutely use their services again and highly recommend them.

  Angela greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I needed to send golf clubs to Florida and another package. Christine jumped into assist in packing. They were wonderful, and I highly recommend the store. I am now a customer for life. Thank you ladies!!!
