Every time I've ordered online, I order a veggie PATTY. Each time, I get no patty, no cheese, no phone call, no warning in store when I pick it up that they are out of the veggie patty. This happened multiple times.

I ordered a BLT sub. I got soggy cucumbers and no bacon. Tried calling the store. No answer after 10 rings. Got a message to try again later. Then a message that voicemail was full. I paid $13+ for it.

I've written a not so great review about this subway before, but I keep coming back, because when they get it right, their subs are just what I want. They are just not consistent. TODAY they got everything RIGHT! Fresh bread, fresh abundant filling, good mayo, and service with a smile. I'm not that hard to please. THANK YOU!

Apparently hours of operation are not a thing here. The store is supposed to be open until 9 but the workers who typically take that shift will refuse to serve you 30 minutes prior to close. They will also lie to you and tell you their manager told them they could close early while the door is still unlocked and they have to go orders sitting on the shelf. This is the second time this has happened to me at this specific location and the last time I will attempt to patronize it.
