We were there for a new battery and when all said and done. They didn't tighten down the connections to the battery so we had issues with the vehicle till we figured out why and fixed it our selves

Darren and Rodney were very helpful. I needed a sensor for my car. They provided me with an exact match and even assisted me with installing the sensor! And is was on a holiday!!! I will be going to Advance Auto for all my future auto needs!

I was traveling from out of state and struggling to get my car to start reliability throughout my trip. I stopped and the store manager assisted me in determining all I needed was a new battery. I had planned to drive to Plattsburgh for the dealership, but he saved me a long trip and hundreds of dollars! Customer service was outstanding, and the car ran reliably for the rest of my trip all the way home to Georgia. It is scary to have car problems so far from home, and this store manager went above and beyond to help. What a wonderful asset to have in Malone.

I picked up the muffler that my husband needed for my car and the salesman was very courteous and carried the muffler to her car !
