  I had to mail a package back home to a friend, Axel the gentleman behind the counter not only helped with the rite size box , but also bubble wrap and shipped at a reasonable rate . You got my business! Thank you!

  I went in to package some items and ship them via UPS. I can’t say enough nice things about the younger gentleman working there. He noticed I was struggling to find a box that would fit everything and he went out of his way to help me package everything in the box I arrived with. Taped it up for me very securely and attached my label. I was stressed about shipping some expensive camera items and he went out of his way to help me.

  These guys are great!! We love them and use them all the time BUT they need to change their online hours to match their door hours. I just sat in the parking lot for 35 minutes because online it says they open at 7:30, and when I walk up to the front door to see if anybody’s in there yet, I see that they don’t open till 8 AM. Just a heads up to anyone else who’s going there?

  Hi. I went to the UPS store today in Mahopac, NY and June, the worker was very helpful to me. I highly recommend this location for any UPS needs. I was very pleased with the customer service and professional professionalism.
