I know this place has mixed reviews, but I’ve always had a positive experience here. I’m usually here to drop off something that already has a label or to print a label using a QR code, so I’m generally in and out. There’s one guy who works here who usually wears a mask (not sure of his name), but I feel like he always is in a good mood and seems to go out of his way to help people. He’s very nice and welcoming.

Poor customer service. Diane was so rude and dismissive. She insisted I use the kiosk even after I explained I wasn’t comfortable with it. I was also returning a very expensive phone so I told Diane I wanted a person to do this not a machine. Mind you, there was only one other customer in the store and she still insisted I use the kiosk. Diane made this simple errand turn into a disappointment.

By far!!! Out of all the fedex locations in the area. This one Is the worst!!!! They should hire younger people in there. All this old people complaining about the packages. Seriously if you dont like lifting packages get another job

For my first time using this location the associate left a lot to be desired with her customer service. My questions seem to irritate her when I was just trying to get clarification on FedEx process. Will go out my way to use another FedEx location for the future.
