  Came in because I was missing a screw for my license plate. Gregory came out and removed the old screw, help me purchase the correct screws and then to installed the new screws. He was very helpful.

  The battery in my ‘05 Kia Amanti died & needed a jump to get going. I drove straight here for a new battery. When I asked the employee at the register for an install for it he seemed annoyed and came out to test it first, saying he “wanted to save me money if it wasn’t the battery”. After finding out that it was, he suggested I clean off the corrosion & drive for another 10 miles before coming back tomorrow. So basically he didn’t feel like doing the install & wanted to pawn me off on whoever was working the next day. After the battery died a second time & required a second jump, I went back and was told by another employee at the front that they’re “not allowed” to install batteries for my make & model. She pointed to the screen which stated “Suggest professional maintenance if necessary” and assumed that the battery was inaccessible without additional work. When I told her that wasn’t the case and it was directly in the front under the hood, she changed her story & said that since it didn’t say “Free Install & Testing” THAT was what meant they weren’t allowed to do it. Thanks for pushing me to learn how to change my own battery I guess?

  Besides the fact I had to argue with the employee because he sold me the wrong wiper blades. It was an experience to say the least

  These people are lazy, the one guy with mechanic experience is lazy and doesn't even want to leave store to help customer in parking lot. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I needed just one minute of his time but was ignored. No stars if I could.
