I visited your Subway restaurant and ordered a 6-inch sub with extra guacamole. The employee asked for payment first and charged me for the extra guacamole. However, after the payment was completed, the guacamole was not added to my sandwich. When I asked about it, the employee did not properly address the issue and was rude in his behavior. I paid for an item that I did not receive, and I was disappointed with the customer service. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and resolved.😒😒

This is the WORST Subway I’ve ever been to. I ordered my sub online and half of the things I ordered was not on my sandwich. I called the store to tell the guy who made it and he hung up on me. I called again and he said “I have customers” and hung up on me again. I went to the store and he was very rude and would not give me a refund.

The guy who works in there was so rude. I asked for water, he said i need to pay unless I have a cup. So I found a cup and went back for water (mind you i bought a sandwich earlier). He yelled at me and said I can’t take water and told me to get out. Never ever I met someone so rude at a Subway restaurant before. Very bad experience.
“I had a disappointing experience here. The food didn’t taste good and didn’t feel fresh. On top of that, the staff attitude was not friendly while taking the order. Customer service is really important in places like this, and it would be great if they improve both the food quality and how they treat customers.”

Every time ai go there I am always greeted with “sorry, it is closed for 15 to 20 minutes” if so, they should close the business and do something else. Or, if you’re alone in the store you should hire more people. Rejecting paying customers in normal business hours is not nice.
