My recipient received the wrong package. We sent keys for an apartment and she received a package of bras. I am trying to contact the branch but no one is picking up. I have called UPS customer service and they said I need to reach out to the branch. I am at a loss of what to do. I am hoping someone from this location will see this message and let me know how I can be in touch ASAP. I need to locate these keys.

A TRULY UNHINGED EXPERIENCE
My amazon packages were in theor bags and apparently did not need to be. This seemed to truly send the manager( blonde heavy set woman) over the edge. I asked for another employee to help as the interaction was already poor, she said no im the manager. Then she said "are you going to let me teach you or not?" I said no i dont need a lesson on this its literally amazon returns. SHE COMPLETELY CRASHED OUT. She took the returns and mocked my voice and told me i need an attitude adjustment. I ended up laughing on my way out as the interaction was so absurd. I'm truly astounded someone let her be a manager. Ill just go to staples for returns. Not sure what i just witnessed
The service at the UPS Store in Long Beach, NY is consistently exceptional. I’ve had multiple copies made, I’ve made many Amazon returns, and have shipped large packages. Melanie’s attention to detail and friendly personality is outstanding.

I came into this UPS Store for help locating a lost package after repeatedly getting an error message on the UPS website. Instead of trying to help, the associate told me “you know you can do this yourself” and, when I explained I’d already tried, responded rudely with “you can still keep trying yourself—what do you want me to do?”
The manager then told me it wasn’t their job to help find a lost package and that they “don’t work for UPS,” which was surprising and disappointing given this is a UPS Store. The overall attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Horrible customer service—I won’t be returning
