  Go to any other ups store This store is good for nothing but returns Tried to over night send a package from Long Beach to Buffalo They LOST IT DID NOT process a refund when they said they were going to CAN NOT tell me where my package is Sent me to customer service about the package who told me it’s the STORES responsibility I am begging you to go anywhere else to ship your packages This is only good for returns

  Terrible. I hear it's a private store franchise, so everything is priced up. Different people work there. It's such a small place, and there isn't any machine for printing copies. I missed the other store that was close to Chase Bank.

  The clerk opened on time. The clerk made the experience pleasant. The customer that thought everyone wanted to hear her conversation wasn't. I would use this location again if I need a return.
