  I ordered 2 DIFFERENT 6 inch sandwiches with different things on both and you guys decide to give me 1 persons order in a foot long, now I can’t eat. How stupid are you when it’s literally 2 separate sandwiches.

  Had me there 13 minutes waiting for an order that was already ready. No greeting just looking at me, someone came after then they served them first too. 😝

  The Subway in Long Beach has some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a sandwich and asked for extra onions. The employee barely put any on, so I politely asked if I could have a little more. While I was standing there watching her make my sandwich, she suddenly yelled at me and told me to sit down. I found that completely unnecessary. Am I not allowed to stand there and watch my sandwich being made? I even offered to pay for the extra onions, but both she and another employee refused yelled and said NO. The way I was spoken to was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be contacting corporate and sharing my experience on social media. I truly wish I had recorded the interaction. I can’t wait for Jersey Mike’s to open because they’ll be getting my business instead. Terrible experience.

  Yep loving the Long Beach right now a lot better then Baldwin I went last night to go back today for more food :) 100% better
