    Other experiences I’ve had there have been fine, but last week I had them mail a 2-day envelope which apparently was undeliverable (though the clerk didn’t tell me that) and so it was sent back to me. The big issue: two checks were missing and the return address was close to mine but totally wrong. This leads me to believe the clerk had ended up taking them and reprinting the shipping label because I double checked that the addresses he entered were correct, and they were!

    I visit Lockport frequently and very impressed with this store! The staff are efficient, professional, and have great customer service skills. The employee with red hair is especially outstanding - always positive experience!
