    This Subway is absolutely terrible. Every time I have ordered from here, my order is incorrect, something is "missing" but I am not told about it until I go to pick up my order, after I have already been charged. Today I placed an order online, waited for it to say my order was ready, only to get to the location and the store was closed. Door locked, lights off, no one inside, although the door said it was open until 8. My card was charged for my food, only to not be available. I will never order from this location again.

    I went to this Subway location on 12/17/2023. I ordered a foot long Subway Club, the employee made 80% of the sub, only to tell me she was out of roast beef. I replied, “please substitute salami for the roast beef,” which she did. Upon the employee putting the toppings such as lettuce and tomatoes on the sub, I asked for onion also, which she replied, “I don’t have any onion. “ At this point, I was pretty disappointed with this Subway location. I proceeded to sit down in the dining area of the restaurant and began to eat my sub, only to find the Italian herb roll to be very stale, to the point it broke easily and crumbed in my hands.

    Placed an online order where all subs were supposed to be heated. Toaster was broken so they just gave us the uncooked subs and said nothing about it. At least let your customer know that none of the subs are heated up so they can either re-order or go some where else. This is the second time have had a bad order at this location and the last time I will order from here.
