  Our cell phone was having some major issues and Heather the Cricket counter person was amazing. She spent a lot of time and effort troubleshooting our phone problems. There were several issues she had to identify and fix. She was very informative and thorough while fixing all the issues our phone had. A truly skilled phone tech person who is top notch in all aspects of her job.
