  They not only have a convenient location for easy shipping & returns, they also have the friendliest, most knowledgeable and willing to help employees. I’m highly impressed, extremely satisfied & grateful for that.

  All the staff at this location are great, but I have to give a special Kudos to the young woman/Assistant Manager who has helped me twice now when I felt I did not know how to return a package to Amazon. She is fast and knows exactly what to do and where on my Apple iPhone. I am sure customers behind me appreciate that fast service! Liverpool's Oswego Rd location is clean, has easy parking, and gives service with a smile. :) How much more can you ask from a business? Check it out!
