  Subs are always the same hard to mess up when they make it in front of you. The service at this location all around sucks.. came in today and will just make the 15 minute drive to the other location in Baldwinsville when I’m craving it. By the looks of the other reviews on here maybe this one needs to be closed like the others have in this area.

  I picked up four subs for my family and one of them was completely wrong they added things we didn't add and didn't add things we wanted on it... We did an online order. DO NOT GO HERE

  The young lady was great, she took the time and effort to make my meal perfect. She was fast and accurate. The other guy with her as well was super nice too. Store was super clean too, best one ive been to yet!

  Kate and Gus were awesome. Super nice people and made my food just how I wanted it. They always have a smile on their faces. Will 100% be back.

  Came in around lunchtime had our subs made and delicious as always. Thanks to the gentleman who made our subs! The reason for my 3 star review is because he looked like he was the only person working; there was other customers in the line and the girl working asked to sit down instead of helping others not sure what the problem was but he looked frustrated, but kept on smiling and pushing through! Hope he’s there next time we come! Best subs we’ve had yet :)
