  I had been with GEICO for nearly 10 years for auto insurance but recently became dissatisfied with the continued premium increases. When I decided to shop around for new policies, I had the pleasure of working with agent Richard Paek. From the very beginning, Richard provided exceptional customer service. He took the time to walk me through every detail, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. After nearly 10 years with GEICO, I can honestly say that this one experience with Richard was by far the best customer service I’ve received from an insurance agent.
