Absolutely horrendous experience. Brought an item to be shipped, paid an obscene amount for boxing and packaging. We were supplied a tracking # and it was never done. A full week passed and no one touched anything, however we visited the store once in person and spoke to them 3 times on the phone only to be lied to every time. It was never touched, now had to go back to the store for a 3rd time to get the item back and cancel the transaction. Employee had no idea how to process a refund.
I had been told to email the owner and never got a response, and he claimed he was going to call the owner several times and get me an answer and that never happened. When he couldn't process the refund he was able to get him on the phone.....
I am following up with corporate, this is ABSURD. Just tell the truth. LIES LIES LIES
Maybe you need training in boxing, packaging and or customer service. Either way, get your act together or sell the store. I am absolutely contacting corporate, this is inexcusable.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this UPS Store seriously needs improvement. Every single time I come here, there is an extremely long and tedious line. Most of the time, there is only one employee actually helping customers. Even when there are multiple employees present, only one person seems to be working the line while the others are doing other tasks in the back.
To make matters worse, the staff is rarely friendly or welcoming. The overall customer service experience feels frustrating and disorganized every visit.
This is a UPS Store — many customers come in with returns, and some people have multiple returns at once. These transactions naturally take time, so having only one person handling customers simply does not work. The lines move painfully slow, and customers constantly complain while waiting.
I’ve been to this location several times, and it has been the same experience every single time. Management really needs to do better with staffing and customer service because this store cannot continue functioning this way.
