On July 23, 2026, my brother visited Store #1961 and worked with an associate named Sanya. She initially told him she could not find a truck to send the package overnight. A short time later, she said she had found one. We paid $126 for overnight shipping and were assured that the package, a cell phone valued at more than $1,000, would be delivered in New Jersey by 8:00 a.m. the following morning.
By 11:00 a.m., the package had still not been delivered. When I checked the tracking information, the only update was "Label Created." There were no acceptance scans or any indication that UPS had ever taken possession of the package.
I called the store seeking answers and spoke with the owner. Rather than showing concern, taking responsibility, or attempting to investigate what happened, he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He repeatedly blamed UPS for the missing package, even though the tracking history does not show UPS ever accepting or scanning it. Instead of contacting his associate to determine what happened, he insisted it was UPS's fault and then hung up on me.
What is most concerning is the complete lack of accountability. We entrusted this store with a phone worth more than $1,000, paid a premium for overnight shipping, and were met with indifference when the package could not be accounted for. At this point, neither the store nor the owner has been able to explain what happened to the package or provide any evidence that it was ever turned over to UPS.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using this location. If you are shipping valuable items, I strongly encourage you to consider another UPS Store. The professionalism, customer service, and accountability demonstrated throughout this situation were deeply disappointing, and the way this matter has been handled has completely undermined my confidence in this store.
