  Jada provided exceptional customer service during my visit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while helping me resolve an issue with an important document. I was having trouble getting it printed in the correct size, and she took the time to understand the problem and guide me through the process until everything was printed perfectly. Her positive attitude, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile made a potentially frustrating situation easy to resolve. Employees like Jada are a tremendous asset to UPS.   Staff seemed efficient however the store is very small and was extremely crowded when I went. Fortunately, I noticed that you can scan in and process your own Amazon return at a self service station although this was not immediately recognized due to poor signage.
