  By far the worst UPS ever, I live close by and all o go to do is return Amazon packages but there is always a lien no matter what time I go. The service sucks, lines are always long, phone service also is not good in the building, machines for Amazon never work. I seriously think this place needs some new leadership!!!

  Exceptional customer service!! There is always a line, but it's due to the fact that the place is small, but the staff courteous and quickly in getting very customer out.

  This is the worst UPS store ever, the machines never work, so I have to wait in a long line for a two second thing since I already have a label and just need it scanned. You will be waiting 15 minutes minimum here so plan in advance. Last time I went I waited 30 minutes. The workers are extremely slow, and never seem to know what they're doing. You're better off driving 10 min to lynbrook straight down merrick and going to that ups store. That's what I do now. Save yourself the time.
