  Amazing experience with sending a return with employee Sydney. She was so helpful and polite. After getting home and realized I forgot a part of the item being sent, I went back to the store and she had no issue to help me out by adding the item. She have great customer service towards me and towards others as I saw while waiting in line. She is great for business 👏🏽.

  This is the absolute worst store. The staff is nice but beyond inefficient and ridiculously slow. Waited almost 1hr on line because they only had 1 workers who knew what they were doing. One staff is entirely too old to be working here and entirely to slow to do the bare minimum. Waste of my time I paid for pre shipping label that you scan the code just for them to refuse and say it has to be printed and tried to charge me after I already paid. Don't waste your time at this garbage store

  I got here at 4pm on a Sunday, the inside was full of customers and the door was locked. I was not allowed in while employees were still working inside. I had a package with a prepaid label that just needed to be scanned which would have taken 30 seconds. I even knocked on the door and the coworker shook their head at me. This is genuinely disgusting and inconsiderate. We’re not all unemployed hanging around, we have things to do. This is really inconsiderate of people’s time. I will not be returning and I think the employees should receive customer service training. This may have been racially charged as I am a visibly Muslim woman. Disgusting disgusting behavior.
