  The gentleman that was in the store excelled in his job. Even while the store was pretty busy and he was the only employee in the store he answered my question explained what I needed to do to send my Amazon packages back and helped three customers attend same time. To add to it, he also did this all while being very personable and friendly. This is my new go to shipping store.

  Customer service person was so rude, I had to just have product thrown away rather than ship. Never do business with this UPS Store

  The blonde gentlemen who is almost always at this location makes my near daily trips to UPS so easy and pleasant. He holds doors open for customers with their hands full, he’s efficient in his service and really plays the ultimate hits on the stereo too! I choose this location over and over because of its incredible staffing! Well done

  I waited all day for a package to be delivered then called to find out what occurred and was told they couldn’t deliver because there is no suite number. After repeatedly telling them that there is no suite number, they still made up a new shipping label and said they couldn’t deliver until 3 days later on Monday because it takes 24 hours for it to register and Sunday they were closed. The new label is not even necessary because again there is no suite number but if that’s the excuse you want to use because you don’t want to complete deliveries, then that’s fine. I didn’t request for my delivery to go to this store and will not be using in the future.

  Very helpful staff. Service was fast and the owner was kind, contentious & explained everything to ship mail by UPS. The postal system, USPS, is a disaster ever since the Supreme Court ruling, claiming that USPS isn’t responsible for failure to deliver mail. So with sensitive mail, I’ll use UPS. Yes, it costs, but better than tracking the mail with postal service for 30 days for delivery in a 25 mile distance. Even when mail with postal service was sent registered! Taking the business elsewhere. This UPS store was great with a convenient location to other stops I had to make.
