  I had an excellent experience at the DHL location in Latham, NY thanks to Kevin M. Cehowski. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my international document shipment was handled correctly. Shipping important documents overseas can be stressful, but Kevin made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Outstanding customer service and a great representative for DHL.

  I gotta say I see DHL take flac online but in the 518 it is by far the best delivery service around. I just called about picking up 2 packages that arrived a few minutes late to make it on the van this morning & asked about picking it up. I immediately got a human, not a AI or Phone Tree. The guy I spoke too was immediately able to find where in the facility my package was but told me it was in a box with a few hundred other parcels & he could try and find it for me. I told him it wasn't worth all that trouble, but USPS or UPS would take 10x as long to get a human who would then just read out the tracking information & offer no help. Also a year ago I was panicking to get home because a mattress I ordered was gonna be delivered just an hour or two before A storm. I got a tracking update saying delivery exemption for weather. I get home & the driver left a nice note explaining that even tho the weather was still good when they stopped they didn't feel comfortable leaving it unattended since it was to big to fit under our overhang. They even said what time they would be back to the delivery center so I could pick it up after that time or wait for delivery the next day. Then they offered me help loading it when I went to pick it up!
