  To the Management of Subway and Corporate Compliance, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding discriminatory and abusive conduct by the store manager at the Subway location on Main Street in Jamestown, New York. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed this individual acting with overt hostility toward Latino and immigrant customers, yelling at them to leave the premises without justification. Furthermore, I was subjected to a similar aggressive and humiliating outburst while simply sitting in the restaurant conversing with a friend. This individual's behavior fosters an intimidating environment that violates basic consumer rights and constitutes discriminatory practice. I request that corporate management launch a thorough investigation into this manager's conduct and take the necessary disciplinary actions to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all patrons.
