  I paid $100 for overnight with Saturday delivery. This requires a call to UPS for the pick up, or the associate needs to remember to give it to the driver if they happen to stop at the store earlier than the norm p/u (5pm) Neither was done and my package didn't reach its destination till TUESDAY morning. So I received a $15 dollar service and paid $100. God awful, just hire a currier. Further, I filled out a survey and haven't heard a word from the UPS store manager.

  I was in the military for 20 years and trained to wait. Well when I went to Lake Placid store I did not wait. They have an efficient process that got me out in 5 minutes and they gave me a homemade chocolate coconut cookie!!!

  I have been a customer at this store for 4 years. Never once was I disappointed in the service I received. I was always greeted cordially and respectfully. The staff always smile and make you feel like part of the family. The service is beyond exceptionally. I have to say that the the managers and staff are trained with an attention to detail that is rarely found in the corporate world. It is always a pleasure to go to this establishment. Thank you all for your deduction to providing amazing service. I am truly honored to do business with you all.
