  Not happy. Switched over to cricket from Verizon, 4 lines $100 plan, was told I get 2 new phones for doing so, but have to wait for 1st billing cycle. Long and behold first billing cycle, I'm to late and that's only offered to new customers ,and the best they can do is the $110 plan, and it can't be reversed, was told since I took the new phones you can't have the $100 plan. Mind you none of this was brought to my attention beforehand, and I spent nearly 5 hrs in their store setting up the new phones. Wonderful!

  Husain was an awesome help. Went in looking to get a new phone and I came out not even 15 minutes later with a brand new iPhone se not only did he recommend that I get a case and screen protector he even showed me cheaper and better options on Amazon was a great help thanks again
