  I just did business with this UPS Store for the first time and I would give them more than 5 stars, if it were possible. I dealt with Jomar, who was able to reduce the shipping charges by more than 45%, from the initial quote I received. On top of that, my final shipping charges were more than $120 LESS than the quote I received from one of their competitors. Lastly, my fragile item was packed incredibly well and shipped out quickly. I couldn't be more pleased with my first experience working with this UPS Store and look forward to doing business with them again. Extremely well done, Jomar! Many thanks!

  As an introvert struggling with perpetual social exhaustion from work, I come here to rely on the self-checkout as a means to deal with my business in peace.   I’ve been working with UPS for a long time with my business and usually end up feeling a little frustrated when I leave. THIS ups store is absolutely amazing. The staff is SO helpful, they do everything they can to make sure you are getting what you need, take the time to work out print jobs or shipping questions. Line is always moving. In a world where it seems customer service is dead, this ups is keeping it alive! My only recommendation is a tip jar! Thank you 4541!!!
