  UPS is no good. Can I get one package to me without delays. Always last minute. Waiting on medication that's now 2 days late probably baking in the hot truck,😡 Don't trust them use FedEx

  Who rates a UPS Store? Apparently me, now... Going to UPS is usually the errand you do while emotionally bracing yourself. Not here... It's dare I say a genuinely pleasant experience. I've shipped packages, printed, made copies, the whole nine, and every single time the people working here are just genuinely lovely. Fast and actually nice. It's kind of bizarre? Case in point: I emailed over some files to print ahead of time. They weren't ready when I got there, so I waited about five minutes. A little annoying, sure, but not exactly a tragedy. When they finished, the guy handed them over, apologized for the wait, and said no charge. NO CHARGE. Any time I need something printed or shipped, this is where I'm going. The bar for UPS was in the basement and these folks pole-vaulted over it.

  I was visiting the area for the week and purchased a large amount of yard sale items I was nervous about getting home. I came in with a few large bags and they processed and packed them with ease for me. It was such a relief. I can’t remember the woman’s name that helped me, but she was so kind and took care of everything. Received the package within 3 days of sending it out. Thank you!!! It was so beautifully packed!!

  Went in with faulty paperwork for the return of a brand new iPad to Apple. The email Apple sent me contained an erroneous QR code. Thankfully, I was rescued from several hours with tech support by Noah, a young, tech savvy UPS Store employee. Noah helped me review the myriad emails that Apple sent me and identified one with an incident number. Noah then looked this up on the UPS Store computer system and found the right info, took my IPad and within 24 hours Apple had verified receipt. I don’t usually give 5-Star reviews. As a service and product quality measurement specialist and author of many college (grad school level) textbooks on this subject, I have very high standards. Noah offered next level customer service for which I will be eternally grateful.
