Usually when I walk into a major carrier phone store in my life I have a very negative experience and usually used to spending a lot of money or waiting to get something fixed that takes forever dealing with terrible customer service or huge sales pushes. I had the opposite experience walking into Cricket for the first time with the store manager Marcella she's extremely helpful she got me exactly what I needed great great pricing no upselling very educational put the entire phones together and even went out of her way to help get steals. She understood exactly what I needed and quickly, 10/10, we'll be back in probably line by line switching over to Cricket after that experience.

I love my new phone, the plans n prices are great, but u don't get any hotspot with your unlimited plan, and you do with boost Mobile every month with your unlimited plan. Not with cricket. You gotta buy hotspot. And the monthly unlimited plan is the same as boost Mobile. $55, a month, n boost takes off $5 if u enroll in auto pay ,cricket don't.
