  Annoyed because I had a pretty extensive review on here and I accidentally deleted it while trying to update it. Too much to re-write and figuring out it’s just so not worth my time at this point. The quick version- I dealt with Kim and had a miserable experience, and ended up spending a lot of my time and effort fixing issues that transpired after I canceled a policy within 24 hours of signing up (due to details of the policy not being clearly stated prior to signing up, which in my option felt very misleading… I was never told that I had to sign up for drivewise to get the deal I was getting. Never a mention of it, not once.) Save yourself the time and find another insurance company in my opinion. I have State Farm in Kings park and their rates are competitive. Feel free to message me if you want more details of what transpired, but in my opinion your best to stay away and find another company.

  I have been an Allstate customer since I first became licensed, and when my uncle retired, I thought I would finally understand why so many people have a negative opinion about insurance. Instead, I had the complete opposite experience.Raquel and Kimberly have been nothing but attentive, caring, and professional. For this reason, Allstate will always deserve my business.

  Kimberly and Raquel are truly second to none. They pay incredible attention to every detail and treat my insurance as if it were their own. That level of personalized service is so rare these days when it feels like everyone else is just a call center. I can text either of them directly day or night whether it’s weekday or weekend they are always willing to help. With this agency you’ll never be just a policyholder or client. They make you feel like family!

  Every employee at the KP Allstate has been super helpful. Recently Melanie resolved an issue with my mortgage lender in a matter of minutes. Polite, friendly, and professional .

  It truly was a wonderful experience—especially with Kimberly, who guided me through the entire consultation process. She was always very honest with me and consistently showed me the best option; furthermore, beyond her honesty, she possesses a unique charisma in how she interacts with clients.
