  Daniel was extremely rude and unprofessional. He gave me attitude the entire time and spoke to me in a condescending way, as if I was stupid. Customer service should never be like this. Very disappointing experience with FedEx.

  Awful experience needs more work concerning International services, I asked them to ship a package to Istanbul Turkey, so far in Istanbul for one month and doesn't deliver, they say need clearance, that the FedEx office they don't explain that clearly before shipping if I know there is clearance, I never shipping the package, so far I call the useless International Service, they do nothing, just talking without solving the problem. This will be the first and the last package for delivery with "FedEx. Bad service especially Internationally.
