  I would say worse customer service ever, but they did not speak to me the entire time I was in the shop. I ordered online about 20 minutes before I arrived. Food was meh. The pizza sub was good. Grilled chicken was soggy. Ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies and got macadamia nut instead. No mention from the "artist" that they did or didn't have what was ordered.

  A girl was in here at 7pm, July 20th, deserves a raise. Nice young lady. Went above and beyond, chatting with me while she made my food and extremely kind. Love this subway and the workers.

  To start, the posted hours online and on the store say open 8am-9pm, yet the doors were locked at 8:15p when we arrived. Secondly, the staff inside continued to see us and actively ignore and walk to the back as soon as we made eye contact, while also ignoring us calling the store. When they did eventually answer, they said that the building closes at 8 on sundays because its slow, and then said that it was posted on the door, which was not true, before hanging up when we said showed proof that what they were saying was not correct. Incredibly disappointed with the service and the false advertisement of the posted hours of the establishment.

  Normally I dont have problems when visiting this subway but this visit was not the same case. I ordered italian herb and cheese for my bread and there's not an ounce of seasoning or cheese on the bread itself. I haven't had this problem before but noticed all of the italian herb and cheese bread they had was the exact same way. Other issue came when I went to get my drink. The fountain was broken and not mixing right but there was no one around after my sandwich was finished and I checked out. I had to yell out 3 times for someone to come out and when I tell them about the problem they do their best to fix it which I appreciate but they immediately left again so I couldn't tell them that it was still having issues. At this point I just left without my drink. Disappointing experience from a place I normally enjoy getting food from
