  A terrible experience at Subway today. After placing my order, one of the two women working there said she was new and didn’t know how to do it, and asked me to wait a moment. They completely ignored me for over 15 minutes. One of them spent the entire time talking on the phone, while the new employee would only look at us occasionally without giving us any updates whatsoever. It’s unbelievable that a chain like Subway would have such incompetent and inefficient service behind the counter.

  Our manager Jeremy was amazing!! He was the solo worker there today and was on a full run and still treated every customer as if they were the most important person in the place. Jeremy deserves a raise. Thanks, Jeremy. You're an asset to the company.

  Jeremy was helpful and considerate and attentive to myself and was able to multitask when other customers came in well always remaining professional, considerate and courteous. Definitely somebody I would hire if I was managing this facility.
