Attempted to get a refund within 15 minutes of placing an order because I didn’t realize I had placed it at the wrong location. Women working told me I waited too long and that they won’t be responsible for the loss and that “it’s my problem” despite having no issues a couple months ago when I had the same issue. It’s was $12 that they are unwilling to refund, business must be bad if they’re unwilling to help someone over $12. Pathetic.
Edit: added photos to prove the time it said it would be done and that I called before that time despite her saying I called after the “ready by” time because she’s a liar :)
Gangsta rap playing, no selection, out of everything, girl seemed to care less. Stay away is my best advice

I had an excellent experience at Subway thanks to Rimone! They were super friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and great attitude — Rimone truly made my visit enjoyable. Keep up the amazing customer service!
