  This is one of those family-owned franchises, and they are extremely stingy. They cut their napkins in half, use minimal ingredients, and scoop ice for cups out of their own cooler. Their ice maker is never working. The soft drinks taste super diluted too.

  Attempted to get a refund within 15 minutes of placing an order because I didn’t realize I had placed it at the wrong location. Women working told me I waited too long and that they won’t be responsible for the loss and that “it’s my problem” despite having no issues a couple months ago when I had the same issue. It’s was $12 that they are unwilling to refund, business must be bad if they’re unwilling to help someone over $12. Pathetic. Edit: added photos to prove the time it said it would be done and that I called before that time despite her saying I called after the “ready by” time because she’s a liar :)
