  I ordered veggie patty sub online from this store and when i came home and going to eat my sub there is no patty in the sub. What’s the point of my ordering this sub if there is no patty

  The short lady is extremely rude, I’m trying to solve an issue I had with my order twice and she’s just dismissive, unapologetic and rude. My hot meatball sandwich is cold and I can’t get a refund or a new one. And my order being completely wrong as if I picked up someone else’s order with my name on it is somehow my fault. She’s either a poor manager or simply dosent want to work there. And somehow I get back to back bad experiences with the same person. Not surprised it’s the same lady another review posted about saying the same thing.
