So unpolite and closed the door on me. I was using my deal but they didn’t let me. No refill too!

I stopped by to place an online order and asked an employee for help. Unfortunately, the response was rude and not helpful. Customers should feel supported when asking simple questions. I hope management works on improving customer service.
