  I used the luggage drop off storage service. It was a very smooth process and the staff was realy friendly. Please note that the store closes at 7pm when picking up. The store is small and cluttered, but the proprietors appear to have a method to madness.

  Fui a entregar un paquete y después llegó otro muchacho. Ambos se fueron a hablar en la parte trasera mientras dejaron al tercer chico solo atendiendo el registro por unos 10 minutos. Por favor, hagan su trabajo y ayuden al compañero en vez de dejarlo solo.

  The female clerk at the ups kiosk was attentive, but the two male staff today were more interested in chitchatting with each other than helping customers more efficiently. They act as if doing their job is a personal favor to you. Please stop hiring people who don’t want to work.
