  This place is always busy with people lining up for an hours. They are supposed to put self-service kiosk machine on amazon return. Such a bad management. They don’t care about customers and their own staff

  I give 2 stars because the clerk actually answered my question. But the clerk was on his phone laughing with earbuds in. I get that the clerks are young, but where is the work ethic? the professionalism? How has UPS sunk this low. A kid on his phone sharing texts, with earbuds in laughing on a private conversation, while attending customers is the face of UPS?
