  Refuse to accept my package for drop off because they had too many packages, I had to schedule a pick up myself.

  All the other 1 star reviews are right. Manager/workers act like they are God’s gift to Ithaca. I brought boxes with pre-paid labels in when moving out, and they would not take them unless I paid $400 extra with their labels. Very rude service makes you feel like you’re in a 3rd world country, they will kick you out. Do NOT come here, and go to the Staple’s downtown instead.

  Had extreme difficulty tracking down a very time sensitive package, which UPS reported as delivered to my residence. The staff at this store went above and beyond to get in touch with the UPS warehouse, and they eventually discovered that the package was left on the truck after being scanned as delivered. The driver was able to deliver it later that day. I truly don’t know what I would have done without their help. Amazing service!

  UPS in Ithaca is abysmal! I live in an apartment complex was separate mattresses in each driver just throws the packages wherever they want. I had someone send me perishables, delicious mangoes from Florida and they threw the package in one of the buildings on the far end and by the time I tracked it down they were all rotten! My packages have been left in the rain outside of the apartment complex, I don't understand. I'm so upset it just keeps happening no matter who I complain to.

  They refused to ship out packages that are labeled UPS just cuz they’re bought from a 3rd party. Incredibly rude and poor service
