  I visited this place yesterday with my sister in law who was moving. We were taking a lunch to grab us some subs for ourselves and movers. We have 5 subs made. Not only when we walked in there was only 1 worker by him self. Later on came a young lady to assist but not until the very end of our orders. We had 3 ham and cheese subs 1 Italian and one chicken and bacon with cheese. Not only did we bearly get any meat on our sandwiches but the Italian was made wrong and charged wrong. The Italian was made with roast beef added which was not asked for or apart of a regular Italian. Which later had to be removed before eating sandwich after getting home and seeing it was on there. But the young lady rung me up and asked what I got she confirmed if it was a spicy Italian I said no just a regular Italian. She proceeded to ring me up as spicy Italian.which I noticed on the recipt driving home. Even with giving orders one at a time and some how neither one of them listened to the order. And as for the chicken an cheese the gentleman put cheese in microwave instead of putting the sandwich in the oven to melt . Which led to little to no cheese on a dry roll. More cheese had to be added at home and remade For a first timer in this location, Im sorry but that was not a good experience, not to mention the two workers were not friendly , and little to no customer service experience. not hi hello, how are you today, how can I help u ? Or thank you for coming or even a your welcome when we said thank you at check out. Sorry I will not be recommending or be visiting back. Please do better because subway used to be really good subs and now not only do staff not listen or care but they lack the ability to communicate with their customers and make subs with little meat. And spent alittle over 60$ in total. No one was satisfied with these subs.

  I appreciate how efficiently my meal went. The plaza where it’s situated has tree cover so I missed my turn at first but it’s tucked at the final stretch of the one-way lot. Staffed with really pleasant and patient folks, this place will be seeing more of me regularly. Thanks so much!

  Worst subway in Ithaca! They charge more than the others, they don't participate in the deals and I just waited 32 minutes for four subs when there weren't any other orders. Save some time and money and go to the subway in the mall.
