Paid for extra meat on my salad and they didn’t add extra chicken. The sub we ordered hardly had any meat on it either.

Took them 45 minutes to make a sub and still made it wrong. Understaffed and the people there aren't reading orders. They offered to make it again like I have another 45 minutes for more disappointment.

I placed an order for pickup through my subway app, I pickup my order (3 subs)- ordered them all turkey, they put ham on one of them. When called to talk to staff was told I need to come back for a remake, so they mess up and I am the one to be inconvenienced for their stupidity? Makes sense… looks like corporate will hear from me.

Joe the subway manager there is on point on jow to treat a customer and the level of calm and respect he has for his job clearly shows he is giving jis best performance while working. Not only is he polite , nit on plotting of asking how the sub should be made. I really think he deserves to be recommended by the company for a raise or some sort of step up from where he is at. Joe ( the subway manager) from this location is why I still keep coming back.
