I have been a customer for almost five years and recently reached out to address a concern regarding an overpayment. Unfortunately, my experience during this interaction was disappointing.
The owner, Milton Chioto, was dismissive of my concerns and did not allow for a constructive discussion. At one point, he made unrelated remarks about his educational background, which felt unprofessional and irrelevant to the matter at hand.
As a long-term customer, I had hoped for a more respectful and solution-oriented respnse. While the service may be welcoming during initial engagement and during renewals, my experience suggests that support can be lacking and disrespectful when issues arise.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. Look elsewhere.
