  The team members at this location are very friendly when I drop off packages. Also, I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but I wanted to thank him for all of his help. More recently, I called in after Mercari charged me almost $60 over a shipping issue, and he immediately said it didn’t sound right. He gave me a few numbers to call and told me to keep pushing because something seemed off. It was nice that he actually cared and wanted to help me figure it out. I really appreciated him pointing me in the right direction.
