  I had the tall guy attend me and was very slow however I tried to be patient but he gave me tiny amounts of what I asked for until I had to keep asking to give me a bit more, I was not even asking for extra or being greedy but asking for what you think of when you want a regular amount on a sandwich. Then the lady takes over and starts rushing to finish the third sandwich we asked for. She was messy and unclean making our order. The receipt is hanging into the lettuce and as she grabs ingredients carelessly, they fall into other bins which is a violation of food and quality safety standards and fails to prevent cross-contamination. It felt like a rush to get us out of here despite being one of the only two customers at this store. I simply asked for extra onions and got mad and shaked her head. Since when can you not order extra of anything especially if you have the option to charge us for it.. and yes there were plenty of onions in the bin. After I paid and she finished bagging, it sounded like she was arguing with the guy coworker (in a language I didn’t recognize) and was grabbing onto the bag and didn’t let go until she finished talking to him. The service here has really gone downhill and it is the last time I am coming here.

  I ordered In the app, and UPGRADED to a large Diet Coke. I ordered extra spinach, light BBQ & light mayo. What I got was 3 pieces of spinach, loads of drippy bbq & mayo. Also there is no diet coke, it's Pepsi, but they're out of diet. I asked for a refund for the LARGE upgrade and they said no, just argued. This went on for 5 minutes.. Terrible service!!!
