  I had been struggling with my mobile signal for quite some time and reached out to Cricket multiple times, even visiting several stores, but nothing ever seemed to fix the issue. After 10 years as a loyal Cricket customer with five lines on my account, I was honestly ready to give up—I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I had been receiving. That all changed when I met Saqlain Mohammed at the Huntington Cricket Store. From the moment I spoke with him, it was clear he genuinely cared about helping me. He is incredibly smart, polite, and professional. He took the time to fully understand my situation, patiently walked me through the solution, and most importantly, actually fixed the problem that no one else could resolve. Saqlain completely turned my experience around. Thanks to him, I decided to stay with Cricket. If you’re having any issues or need assistance, I highly recommend asking for him—he truly goes above and beyond for his customers.
