  I have recently visited the UPS store in Hudson to make several returns and mail a package and I have been given the best customer service by a young lady Liz!! She is friendly, professional and so very helpful!!

  I was looking for boxes to ship and they told me each box sized 16x16inch is $10 when i found it cheaper for even bigger size at lowes for $2.58 per box. What a rip off!

  Very rude and unaccommodating. I showed up a few minutes before they closed. Walked in to make sure they were still open before I carried a very large box in. Then when I got there still a few minutes before closing time; they turned me away. I asked them to please help as I was struggling with this a box to please let me mail this, and they just stood there. Never using this location again and good luck to anyone who does.

  I have been using this U.P.S. store for over ten years now and have found it to be nothing but accommodating and to have an excellent sense of business acumen. The manager Kendra has with swiftness and accuracy taking care of any problems I may have with regards to my packing and shipping needs. It saddens me a little bit to see. Reviews from other people on here, leaving them one star for things that are beyond their control. To give an entire store and staff one star, we're having to charge for a printed label is entitled and shameful. To also leave a store one star. Because they are so busy and you feel that they are not adequately prepared to handle.Said business is also shameful. These are things that should be brought up with corporate. Because these reviews reflect on the staff who have no part or say in the writing of store policy. So remember, be kind and remember that your review reflects directly on the people working here.
